Mountain Lakes

Fishing here typically runs from the middle of June, when the ice has melted, through to October.

There are numerous stunning locations within an hour and a half's drive from Zurich that offer the opportunity to fish for several different species of trout, rainbow, brown, Canadian lake, and also lake char. Each location has its own characteristics, and vary in both size and altitude.

Streams

Fly fishing in the crystal clear streams and small rivers in the beautiful Swiss countryside. From the lower lying streams and small rivers within 30 minutes of Zurich, to the glacier melt mountain streams. All provide their individual opportunities for casting a dry fly or nymph for those wild brown trout.
